We are making a global impact
Fixing our energy system means thinking in planetary terms. We are setting up projects around the world to make emission-free energy a global reality.
USA
The United States has it all: top-tier talent, a developed energy industry, world-class infrastructure, and the perfect conditions for producing e-NG. The country’s high-intensity sunshine and strong, consistent wind energy resources make it a clear choice for e-NG production at scale and low cost. At the same time, the United States is at the forefront of technological advancements and innovation, and its Inflation Reduction Act has created a conducive investment environment that encourages forward-thinking companies like TES.
Canada
Bolstered by the Canadian government’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions, the country’s well-established renewable energy market is poised for transformative growth in the near future. Canada has set its sights on achieving a net-zero carbon footprint by the year 2050, and it has acknowledged the pivotal role that green hydrogen will play in accomplishing this objective. This is where TES steps into the picture: we can help realize Canada’s ambitious decarbonization plans by leveraging its vast natural resources, such as hydroelectric and wind power to produce large amounts of cost-effective green hydrogen.
Germany
Germany stands as one of Europe’s largest industrial powerhouses, home to world-leading companies in the manufacturing, automotive, chemical and engineering sectors. As such, the country’s heavy industry carries significant weight in Europe’s overall emissions output. With its well-developed infrastructure, political commitment to decarbonization, and position as a technological innovator, Germany is an ideal candidate for leading the charge in industrial decarbonization. Pioneering the green energy transition, we are in the process of developing our first green energy import hub in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia are rapidly emerging as renewable energy markets. Their arid, sun-soaked landscapes provide the perfect conditions for solar energy production. Solar energy is rapidly becoming the cheapest source of electricity in history, with prices dipping as low as €10 per megawatt-hour (MWh). This drastic reduction in cost, next to the region’s ambitious government programs promoting renewable energy, open a world of new possibilities for e-NG production in sun-rich regions.
Australia
Australia’s sun-baked outback offers the perfect conditions for producing e-NG from green hydrogen. The Australian government has committed millions to supporting emission-reduction projects and the country is on track to be a renewable energy superpower, predicting that exports of green hydrogen to Asia will soon represent a major contribution to global decarbonization.
Japan
With the aim of achieving a practical and efficient energy transition, Japan has set a target of having 90% of e-NG integrated into its gas grids by 2050, equivalent to approximately 25 million tons of e-NG. As the demand for sustainable energy continues to rise in Japan, the country is well-prepared to embrace large-scale imports of green hydrogen and e-NG with its sophisticated natural gas import infrastructure. With e-NG, TES offers Japan the perfect means to reduce its reliance on fossil fuels and propel the green transition forward.
